Kim Herman receives best student research publicaation award

Toxicology PhD student Kimberly Herman’s publication entitled Detrimental Effects of UV-B Radiation in a Xeroderma Pigmentosum-Variant Cell Line was selected by the editors of the journal Environmental and Molecular Mutagenesis as Best Student Research Publication in 2014.  Kim is mentored by Dr. Scott McCulloch.  Another PhD student being trained by Dr. McCulloch, Renee Beardslee, was selected for this same honor in 2013.
