Justin Conley awarded 2011 EPA Star Science to Achieve Results Fellowship

Justin Conley, a PhD student in Dr. David Buchwalter’s lab, was awarded a 2011 EPA Science to Achieve Results (STAR) fellowship. The fellowship provides up to three years of support to continue his research on the biological effects of dietary selenium and elevated total dissolved solids on mayflies as it relates to streams impacted by mountaintop removal – valley fill coal mining in the southern Appalachians.
