On Thursday, May 14, the Toxicology Program Symposium, will be held from 12:45 pm to 6:45 pm at the Plant Sciences Building. Students, faculty, staff and friends of the program are invited to attend this celebration of our students’ research.

Dr. Cynthia Rider, President of SOT, and alumna of the Toxicology Graduate Program will present our keynote address, “Add It Up: Mixtures Research for Public Health.”

Our first-, second-, and third-year students will present talks, updating us on their research. Our fourth-year and above students, along with any interested students (undergraduate or graduate) and postdoctoral associates, are invited to participate in our poster session. Cash awards are given to the best talk for each category in addition to an award for best poster.

During our awards ceremony, we will also present the Ernest Hodgson Travel Award ($500) and the Toxicology Founders Fellowship (accepting nominations until May 1).
